SPENCER SPIT
After a short visit to clear customs, at either
Roche Harbor or Friday Harbor, you can cruise
down to Spencer Spit, situated on the northeast
tip of Lopez Island. Spencer Spit has mooring
buoys and excellent anchorage in the lagoon
adjacent to the spit.

Swimming and scuba diving are popular here,
and hiking trails on the island offer the
opportunity to glimpse some of this peaceful
island’s wildlife. (28 miles)
